First-Line Service Desk
First-line Service Desk for companies with internal IT teams: intake, registration, classification, and routing of IT requests.
First-Line Service Desk fits companies with internal IT teams whose engineers spend too much time on initial request intake, clarification, and task routing.
We handle the first contact with users: accepting requests, registering them, classifying the issue, clarifying context, setting priority, and handing a prepared task to the responsible engineer.
What We Cover
- one channel for IT requests;
- ticket registration and classification;
- first-level clarification and context gathering;
- prioritization by business impact;
- routing between the internal team and IT-Premium;
- regular reporting on request flow.
The best starting point is an IT Risk Audit or a short review of your current request process.
The request journey
We record the user, system, symptoms, and business impact. We gather diagnostic context, classify the request, and route it to the responsible person. Issues beyond first-line scope follow an agreed escalation process.
What stays with your team
Engineers receive requests with context instead of fragmented messages. Advanced diagnostics, infrastructure changes, and business-priority decisions are assigned separately: first-line service does not automatically include all engineering work.
Measuring the result
We agree on channels, working hours, priority rules, and ownership at the start. Reporting examines request volume, recurring topics, and handover delays that prevent resolution.
